Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every ticket purchase. However, due to the nature of ticket sales, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • Event Cancellation: If the event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement of the new date.

3. Ticket Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We do not offer ticket exchanges unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to hi@jooymedia.com with your order number and contact details.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of your request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • No Shows: If you do not attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for a change of mind or personal circumstances.
  • Service Fees: Service fees and charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.

6. Refunds for Digital Events

For virtual or online events, refunds will be considered under the same conditions as physical events.
