- Event Cancellation: If the event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement of the new date.

- Exchanges: We do not offer ticket exchanges unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

- Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to hi@jooymedia.com with your order number and contact details.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of your request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No Shows: If you do not attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for a change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Service Fees: Service fees and charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.

For virtual or online events, refunds will be considered under the same conditions as physical events.
